Douglas Goldstein
Recognized by the legal community for his expertise and integrity, Doug Goldstein focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation and creditor/debtor rights. Doug focuses on understanding the client’s problem and reaching outside the obvious to find a better solution.
In 2023-2024, Doug has been selected by New Jersey Monthly Magazine to the Super Lawyers list, a designation awarded to just 5% of attorneys in the state. In addition, in 2006-2013, Doug was selected by New Jersey Monthly Magazine to the Super Lawyers list as a New Jersey “Rising Star” in Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights.
Each year, only 2.5 percent of New Jersey attorneys receive “Rising Star” status. “Rising Stars” are determined through a competitive evaluation of attorneys either in practice for 10 years or less, or 40 years old or younger. In Mr. Goldstein’s free time, he serves as the Treasurer and a member of the board of directors for both the Cornell Club of Northern New Jersey and the Morristown Jewish Center Beit Yisrael. Doug has helped both organizations to increase their investment returns and to carefully manage their budgets and business operations.
