Justin Jacobs
Justin is a business lawyer who serves as outside general counsel to multiple companies. He has extensive experience helping clients navigate complex commercial disputes arising in a wide range of industries, including in the financial services, media, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, construction, and retail sectors. In the entertainment realm, Justin has represented famous musicians such as Steely Dan and Nile Rodgers in high-profile litigations. Whether he is representing a Fortune 500 company or a local small business, Justin’s diligence and thoughtful preparation are hallmarks of his approach to advocacy.
Justin also routinely advises clients with respect to business transactions, including: asset purchase agreements, membership transfer agreements, restrictive covenants, commercial leases and franchise agreements. When Justin is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family at Shongum Lake, mentoring students through the Student/Partner Alliance (a non-profit organization that matches in-need students with mentors and scholarships to private high schools), and hiking/skiing.
